The operating principle of the VDD valve is based on a triple position actuator moving a conical plug. The first position enables the valve to be fully opened, thereby minimizing pressure drop. The second position allows intermediate opening for reduced product flow. A micrometric screw located on the top of the actuator enables the precise adjustment of the intermediate flow rate between 0 and 100 % of the nominal diameter. The third position closes the valve and ensures its perfect sealing.
The valve is actuated by compressed air. A spring return guarantees the sealing of the valve in case of a lack of air pressure (NC).

SHP safety valves are available in ND 8, 13, 20, 32 and 40, supplied with micro-clamp, mini-clamp or clamp depending on diameter.
This equipment it totally autonomous, requiring no external control for its operation.
Pressure calibration is with a stainless steel spring and pressure blowoff is collected.
Calibration must be between +0.5 bars and +6 bars; connections are with clamps.
In the standard version, the valves are designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 6 bars, and at a maximum temperature of 120°C.
Elastomers and plastics used are US FDA compliant.

The RT tank bottom valve is a check valve for the introduction of powders at tank bottom under vacuum.
Its flush design guarantees the absence of retention zones (favourable to bacterial growth and the formation of moist powder “plugs”) at tank bottom.
The RT powder introduction valve must be coupled to a rotor-stator to disperse the powder throughout the liquid and must thus be correctly positioned at tank bottom.
Total clearance of the disc and its massive design (the piston rod has the same diameter as the disc itself) guarantee the total absence of powder retention inside the valve.
SERVINOX simulation tools are used to dimension the RT valve with respect to the characteristics and quantities of powder to add.

The RFP tank bottom valve is a check valve for draining or adding a liquid to a tank.
Its flush design guarantees the absence of retention zones (favourable to bacterial growth) at tank bottom.
The RFP tank bottom valve is available in “sediment drain” version (the disc opens by descending in the valve body) or “sediment break” version (the disc opens by rising into the tank).
The valve disc is completely out of the fluid path when open, thereby preserving product texture.
The design of the RFP tank bottom valve provides a maximal throughput cross-section and so there is no need to over-size the valve with respect to the ND of the line to feed.

The PEMS iII sampling valve is used to take a liquid sample from a tank for quality and/or bacteriology controls.
Its hygienic “flush membrane” hygienic design (flared body) guarantees the absence of retention zones (favourable to bacterial growth) with clear and/or relatively non-viscous liquids, as well as excellent cleanability.
Its hygienic qualities and simplicity of installation and maintenance make it a market benchmark.

The AED carbonator is used for in-line injection of a gas in a clear liquid, either batch or continuous.
The extent of gas saturation of the liquid is determined by:
- The flow-rate and temperature of the liquid
- Gas pressure
For a number of liquids, we have graphs for determining these values as a function of the desired saturation.
The AED carbonator can be integrated in an XAE unit to include adjustment and control of in-line measurement, for the laboratory (studies of new products) and industrial production.

MV multiway valves are “all or nothing” valves equipped with a full flow cylindrical cock for the transfer of clear, viscous and/or charged products.
Their hygienic design ensures the absence of retention zones at the same time as providing optimal cleanability by pulsing during CIP cycles.
They are available in the following versions: 2 ways, 3 ways (L, T or 120° key), distribution valve (2 to 5 ways) or reversing valve (2 inlets, 2 outlets)
Regarding choosen configuration, they can be piggable, equipped with heating jacket… (see “options” in enclosed product datasheet)

The LPA flush valve for washing reinforces cleaning by targeting “shadow zones” of mixers and shafts on tanks equipped with mixers, in particular those with anchors and scrapers.
Attached to the shell of the tank, its flush design does not interfere with scrapers and does not damage them.
Each LPA valve is custom designed: SERVINOX studies zones of impact depending on individual tank and mixer characteristics, for optimal washing efficacy and reduced cycle time.

The BOGV safety valve is safety equipment destined to protect storage tanks under an inert atmosphere, in particular for wine making.
Its standard design provides the best quality/cost ratio on the market for a stainless steel valve 1.4404 (316L), for both acquisition and maintenance costs.
The BOGV safety valve is designed only to transport gases; if the valve is actuated, it must be removed and cleaned manually.
